Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chocolate chip cookies are delicious, and so are mini chocolate chip cookies! Mini chocolate chip cookies are just like regular chocolate chip cookies, except they are smaller, and more fun! They’re great as a snack as well as a delicious treat. These cookies are always a hit, and as if that is not enough, they are the perfect size for ice cream sandwiches. And, the best part, you get to eat more than one!
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 sticks soft butter
- ¾ cup of white sugar
- ¾ cup of brown sugar
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp salt
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of mini chocolate chips (14oz)

Let’s get started!
- In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, cream together the softened butter and both sugars.
- Once fully combined, add the eggs one at a time, and then add the vanilla extract.
- Sift in the flour mixture, until well combined.
- Now the fun part! Add the mini chocolate chips. (It’s ok to use the regular size as well.)
- Scoop and roll the cookies dough to small doughballs, and then gently flatten them a little bit.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let them cool directly on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing them to cool completely.
- Enjoy! You can eat them directly from the oven or let then cool to room temperature.
